Job Details
Responsibilities
- Taking and defending depositions.
- Conducting written discovery and research.
- Drafting pleadings and motions.
- Participating in trial preparation.
- Representing clients in court.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in medical malpractice litigation.
- Second chair experience is preferred.
- Trial experience in personal injury or products liability areas is beneficial.
- Excellent skills in written and oral communication, legal and factual analysis, as well as negotiation and advocacy.
- An interest in developing business and expanding the current practice.
