Job Summary :
We are looking for a BDR Operations Analyst to ensure accurate BDR input qualification for compensation within our dynamic team.
The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of BDR processes to maintain the integrity of our compensation framework and foster improvements.
Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, offer constructive feedback, and adapt quickly to changes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze BDR inputs and performance metrics for compensation eligibility.
- Ensure BDR performance evaluations align with established processes and guidelines.
- Collaborate with BDRs, leadership, and compensation teams to resolve discrepancies and communicate findings.
- Provide insights for process improvements within BDR operations and compensation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation on BDR performance and decisions regarding compensation qualifications.
Must-Have Skills :
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of BDR processes and sales operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Industry Experience :
Previous experience in a sales operations or analytical role, preferably within a B2B environment, is essential for this role.
