The location in Fort Mill, (South Carolina, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Controller - POS. This job is full-time permanent.

Overview : Domtar is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Controller POS to lead financial operations for one of our key Paper & Packaging businesses. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Controller-POS will oversee a team of 14 and serve as a key financial steward for the division.

Your challenges :

Core Financial Operations

• Lead weekly AP Approval Meetings and oversee Friday batch approvals
• Approve manual payments (JPM / HSBC) and manage bank signatory transitions
• Make ACH Positive Pay decisions and oversee cash transfers to Treasury
• Maintain and update bank signatory records in coordination with leadership
• Manage borrowing base reporting and compliance
