Job Description : Are you passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences? We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Remote Travel Specialist specializing in Caribbean Vacation arrangements to join our team.
As a Remote Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients in planning and booking dream vacations at all-inclusive resorts, utilizing your expertise to suggest destinations, choose suitable resorts, and craft personalized itineraries that surpass clients' expectations.
Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer service and tailored travel advice to clients interested in all-inclusive resort getaways.
Keep abreast of the latest offerings and promotions from leading all-inclusive resort brands through diligent research. Assist clients in selecting the ideal destination and resort based on their preferences, budget, and travel needs.
Manage all aspects of the booking process, from securing accommodations to organizing transportation and addressing special requests.
Effectively communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and offer ongoing support throughout the booking process.
Stay informed about travel regulations, entry requirements, and health and safety protocols for all destinations. Collaborate with team members to exchange insights, adopt best practices, and stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements : Proven experience as a travel agent specializing in Caribbean Vacations. In-depth knowledge of popular all-inclusive resort destinations, brands, and offerings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and instill confidence in clients. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and reservation systems. Ability to work independently and remotely, with access to a reliable internet connection.
