Direct Marketing Associate

in the St. Louis, MO area!

We seek an accomplished, driven, and collaborative

Direct Marketing Associate

to enhance our customer's experience in home upgrades. Interested in joining our team?

This position offers commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates can expect to earn

$16 hourly + $750-1560 weekly in commissions . You will work

40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday . The specific start and end times will vary based on the season and area.

PURPOSE

This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It is essential to record accurate data about prospective customers and the targeted market area. The role includes a base monthly driving incentive with mileage reimbursement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in assigned territories, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager

Transport yourself to and work independently in the assigned area, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally

Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately

Maintain a neat appearance and proper uniform, with required permits

Attend company meetings as scheduled

Communicate ideas to improve the canvassing program

Master company methodology, products, and promotional offerings

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years or older

Strong verbal communication skills

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets

Physically capable of standing and walking 3-5 miles daily
