job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupport the execution of NLA’s social media strategy by developing, scheduling, and posting content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Follow a publishing calendar developed in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Manager. Respond to comments and direct messages using a gracious, mission-aligned tone. Monitor engagement trends and share insights to help inform future content. Design flyers, brochures, banners, print collateral, and social graphics that support marketing efforts. Create multi-page layouts such as the summer camp catalog and commencement booklet. Ensure all designs are brand-aligned and visually consistent. Maintain and update digital screens and road sign content. Manage the New Life Academy YouTube channel to ensure videos are organized, current, and engaging. Upload and update promotional content, banners, and information within the school’s mobile app to reflect ongoing campaigns and events. Bachelor\'s degree in digital media, graphic design, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in photography, video editing, and graphic design Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Premiere Pro or similar) Skilled in capturing and editing high-quality photos and videos Familiarity with social media platforms, content planning, and content trends Willingness to work some evenings and weekends for school events A born-again believer who aligns with the mission and values of New Life Academy

Visual Media and Engagement Specialist
New Life Academy is seeking a creative and organized Visual Media and Engagement Specialist to join the Advancement team. This role supports storytelling and communication efforts by capturing photo and video content, designing branded print materials, managing social media, and maintaining the school’s digital platforms to ensure they are fresh, engaging, and aligned with the school’s Christ-centered mission and values. Working under the direction of the Marketing Communications Manager, this position is a key creative role on the marketing team, with a focus on storytelling through visuals and audience engagement.
Photography and Video Support
- Serve as a primary photographer for school activities. Capture photos and videos at events, classroom activities, and other student life moments to share across digital platforms.
- Edit and organize media content to maintain a well-structured digital asset library.
- Produce short videos and reels in support of promotional campaigns, social media storytelling, and internal events.
Social Media Execution
Graphic design and layout
Digital signage and channel management
