Dedicated personal injury law firm committed to providing compassionate representation and outstanding results for our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our team and support our attorneys in handling personal injury cases from intake through resolution.

  • PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO PREVIOUS PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with new client intake, gather documentation, and open case files.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and settlement demand packages.
  • Request and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting evidence.
  • Maintain case management system with accurate and timely updates.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties.
  • Monitor case progress, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings.
  • Provide trial preparation support, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed to support attorneys and paralegals.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in personal injury, litigation, or legal needed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with case management software, Microsoft Office, and document management systems.
  • Compassionate, client-focused, and professional demeanor.
