Project Management Coordinator

Summary :

Should have packaging experience (food and pharma) must know how to handle projects under Biotech and Pharmaceutical, Negotiation Skills will need to quality and manufacturing.

YOE minimum of GMP Regulated Company Background. education in Scientific engineering or life science.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of Process Development Commercial Operation and Validation.
• Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the Process Development packaging and Validation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Responsible for assembling project plans in combination with New Product Introduction and Capital Project team.
• Recommended the assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review;

and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.

• Responsible for tracking key project and documentation approval adjusting project plans and / or resources to meet the needs of customers.
• Continues communication with Commercial Operation, NPI, Validation and Capital Project Team of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
• Assists Project Manager(s) and / or Program Manager(s) in identifying and prioritizing opportunities . Must possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
• Manages schedule of several projects of medium to high complexity.

Compensation :

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
