Responsibilities
- Applying best practices in SCADA design and implementation in the Water / Wastewater Industry.
- Travel to client facilities to participate in field activities to assess and document the current state of installed control systems.
- Coordinate with internal design staff and client staff to provide appropriate control systems design.
- Provide selection and specification of process instrumentation, control panels, and network equipment.
- Develop biddable and technically accurate SCADA / I&C construction documents including P&IDs, network architecture diagrams, control panel layouts and wiring diagrams, installation details, loop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Develop PLC programs and HMI applications. Support system testing and commissioning activities.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited college or university
- PE and ISA Certification are preferred not required
- Five or more years of experience
- Application of and compliance with National Electrical Code Experience with Networking, Cyber Security, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong communication skills, and ability to work with clients and colleagues is required.
