Mortgage Loan Officer to join our client's growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work 100% remotely, providing expert mortgage lending services to a diverse range of clients.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and adept at self-sourcing business through relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage and grow a pipeline of self-sourced mortgage loan applications. Key Responsibilities :
- Self-Source Business : Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals to generate leads and self-source business.
- Manage Loan Applications : Guide clients through the mortgage application process from initial inquiry to closing.
- Client Consultation : Provide expert advice to clients on mortgage options and assist them in choosing the right loan products.
- Credit Analysis : Review and analyze clients' financial information and credit histories to assess loan eligibility.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of loan applications through effective relationship management and follow-ups.
- Compliance : Ensure all loan applications comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.
- Documentation : Prepare and submit all necessary documents for loan approval and processing. Requirements :
- Proven experience in self-sourcing business in mortgage lending or similar financial services.
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan products and processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial information and credit histories.
- Proficiency in mortgage loan origination systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
