We are an extremely active and successful real estate team seeking to fill the position of a professional and motivated executive assistant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling showings, providing assistance at showings, handling inspection coordination, managing databases, helping with contracts, sourcing clients, and completing other Real Estate related tasks.

Applicants ought to be enthusiastic about organizing, planning, and overcoming fresh challenges. A current Florida Real Estate License, residence within the Sarasota and Manatee counties, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential prerequisites .

This is a full-time role that may require occasional travel within the Sarasota and Manatee counties. Applicants must reside within the specified counties.

Compensation :

$65,000 with bonus oportunites

Responsibilities :

  • Ideal candidate must be local to the Sarasota and Bradenton Areas.
  • Candidate will assist the agent in scheduling properties for clients.
  • Candidate may assist the lead sales agent with showings.
  • Be responsible for assisting the team in generating business with prospecting activities.
  • Reverse prospecting on listings.
  • Reach out to current and past clients in the database.
  • Candidate will be responsible for verifying information on a property and providing that information to the requesting party.
  • May need to compose contracts and addendums for lead sales agents.
  • Responsible for collecting reviews of the past client database.
  • Candidate may need to attend inspections, appraisals and closings.
  • Work in conjunction with the transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth closing process.
  • Candidate should expect to work 40 hours a week with some travel within the Sarasota / Manatee counties.
  • Candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily communication within the CRM system.
  • Occasionally will need to assist on weekends.
  • Ideal candidate will only apply if they live within the Sarasota / Manatee Counties. Please do not apply if you are not actively licensed.

Qualifications :

  • Ideal candidate will have some experience with cold calling.
  • Thorough and detailed candidates.
  • Detail-oriented individual.
  • Honesty and trustworthiness.
  • Candidate must have an interest in learning more about Real Estate and a passion for growing their education and experience.
  • Required : Active Florida Real Estate License.
  • Customer service experience.
  • In-person position. No remote work.
