Location : Remote (US-based), with travel to client locations for business development and relationship management

Pay Structure : Monthly Retainer ( $3000 / mo) + very competitive Performance-based Pay (15% of closed deals)
OTE : $150,000-$250,000

Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Enterprise Sales US (Contractor) to spearhead our sales efforts in the US market.
This role is critical to driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the GenAI space. You will work directly with the founding team to shape and execute sales strategies, identify key business opportunities, and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the US market, aligned with the company’s GenAI solutions for enterprise clients.
- Generate and manage leads through existing relationships and by building new ones, converting them into high-value enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with the founders to define sales targets, forecast revenue, and build the overall go-to-market strategy.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing business opportunities.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Leverage your enterprise sales network and deep relationships with decision-makers to ensure access to key clients and distribution channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in GenAI and enterprise technology, communicating the value of our Vector Lake technology to potential clients.
- Travel to client locations as required to build strong client relationships and close deals.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of proven experience in Enterprise B2B sales, with a strong track record in the technology sector, particularly AI, analytics, or software solutions
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed a sales target of minimum 1m$+ annually
- Extensive network and relationships within the US enterprise market, with strong connections to key decision-makers and sales distribution channels
- Demonstrated experience in closing large deals and managing complex sales cycles
- Ability to work independently while collaborating directly with the founders to align sales strategies with company goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take initiative to meet or exceed targets
