Head of North America Marketing

As the North America Marketing Leader, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services effectively within the local market.

You will lead a team of marketing professionals to support both our recruiting business and our career transition business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives, strengthen our brand image, and drive revenue growth.

Location : Remote, US or Canada

Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement the marketing strategy aligning it with the overall country goals and objectives.

Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to drive brand awareness and market share.

  • Team Management : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Set clear goals and KPIs, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Market Research : Leverage market research to understand local consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.

Utilize insights to adapt and refine marketing strategies.

  • Brand Management : Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing channels. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that enhance brand equity and reputation.
  • Marketing Campaigns : Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential.

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.

Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget for the country, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Track expenditures, analyze cost-effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and other departments to align marketing strategies with sales goals, product launches, and market feedback.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting : Utilize data analytics and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.

  • Events : Plan and execute local events with customers and employees.
  • Communications : Lead internal and external communications including local PR opportunities.
  • Compliance : Ensure all marketing activities adhere to local regulations, industry standards, and company policy.

All About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, and internal communications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.

  • Compensation : $142,000 - $200,000 plus bonus opportunity. Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
