Evntiv is a leading event strategy, design, and production agency based in St. Louis, Missouri, with a national reach. We create immersive experiences for corporate events, galas, concerts, conferences, and more, and our clients trust us to bring their vision to life.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with generating new business, cultivating strong client relationships, and helping to bring our innovative event concepts to a broader market.

What You'll Do

Business Development and Sales Support

Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand Evntiv's client base.

Help identify and research new business opportunities and potential clients.

Work to cultivate and nurture relationships with key contacts to drive new business.

Assist in creating persuasive proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Support the sales pipeline by tracking leads, managing client data, and reporting on progress.

Client & Strategic Collaboration

Work with clients to understand their event goals and help guide them through the planning process.

Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to develop innovative event concepts.

Help write and design proposals that clearly communicate event details, themes and value.

Support the presentation of event strategies to inspire confidence and enthusiasm in clients.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

Assist in drafting contracts and managing project documentation.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to event execution.

Assist in researching industry trends and competitive insights to inform our sales approach.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience in a related field : 3-5 years of experience in sales, event planning, marketing or a similar role.

Relationship building skills : You are a natural at connecting with people and building trust.

A Drive for Results : You are self-motivated, organized and focused on achieving your goals.

Excellent Communication : You can clearly and confidently present ideas both verbally and in writing.

Adaptability : You are resourceful and an handle new challenges with a positive attitude.

Passion for Events : You have a genuine interest in the event industry and desire to learn and grow.

This is a full-time position where travel is required. Schedules vary, and success requires flexibility, dedication and a passion for delivering exceptional sales results.
