Boutique law firm seeking a part-time

Bookkeeper in our Mendham, NJ office.

This position has flexible hours and a great working team.

Responsibilities include :

  • Accounts receivable / payable.
  • Billing.
  • Payroll.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Monthly / yearly adjustments / accruals.
  • Prepare financial statements.
  • Tax preparation, etc.

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Proficient in Quickbooks.
  • DETAIL-ORIENTED.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Experience with TimeSolv a Plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
