Account Resolution Specialist

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist II to assist financially distressed customers and manage loan-related negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with financially distressed customers to evaluate their situations and negotiate loan solutions

Process and follow up on workout remedy plans, including reinstatement of repossessed collateral or extensions

Meet monthly productivity and quality goals while complying with federal and state laws regulating collections

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred

Minimum of three years of Financial Services experience, preferably in auto finance or installment loans

Experience in a fast-paced environment

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google Suite

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime and weekends
