Sales Account Manager

LHH Recruiting is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our client's team as an Sales Account Manager in Las Vegas, NV.

In this role you will be using your sales and customer service experience to assist current and new customers in selecting and ordering the correct products.

Position Overview : As an Account Manager you will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening our client relationships.

You will work closely with a portfolio of clients, understanding their unique insurance needs, and providing them with expert guidance and solutions.

Your ability to build trust, offer strategic advice, and deliver exceptional customer service will be essential in driving client satisfaction and company growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the main point of contact for their inquiries and needs.
  • Analyze clients' requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with customers to negotiate terms, rates, and payment terms.
  • Renew policies in a timely manner and proactively address any coverage gaps or changes.
  • Handle client claims by assisting in the claims process, facilitating communication between clients and carriers, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Customer Service Representative, or similar role in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal team members.
