Construction Manager

We are hiring a seasoned Construction Manager to lead major infrastructure programs centered on rail and tunneling systems in New York City. This long-term, full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact transportation projects from planning through closeout, working alongside top-tier engineering teams and public agencies. Candidates should bring deep experience in heavy civil construction, a strong command of safety and regulatory standards, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.

This is a long-term, full-time, on-site position located in New York City.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all phases of construction for rail and tunnel projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
• Enforce safety standards and environmental compliance across all job sites.
• Review and approve construction plans, change orders, and technical documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve field issues promptly.
• Manage procurement and logistics of materials and equipment.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and clients.

Compensation Details :

The salary range listed for this role is $160k-$200k / year ($76-$96 / hour). The final salary offered will be based on multiple factors and thoughtfully aligned with each candidate's level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications / licenses that have been obtained, geographic location, etc.
