    We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Lead and Digital Marketing Specialist.

    As a Preschool Lead Digital Marketing Specialist, You Will :

    • Lead Generation : Utilize various channels to identify and generate leads for the company, including cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking events.
    • Lead Qualification : Evaluate the quality and suitability of leads based on predefined criteria, such as demographics, industry, budget, and purchasing intent.
    • Lead Nurturing : Develop and maintain relationships with leads through ongoing communication and engagement, providing information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns to move leads through the sales funnel.
    • Database Management : Organize and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective lead tracking and management.
    • Collaboration : Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to align lead engagement strategies with overall business objectives and sales targets.
    • Reporting and Analysis : Track and analyze key metrics related to lead engagement activities, such as lead conversion rates, response rates, and engagement trends, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Campaign Management : Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of lead generation campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement and achieve business goals.
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and record relevant information to ensure effective lead management and follow-up.
    • Training and Development : Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to lead engagement, and participate in training programs or professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to lead throughout the engagement process, ensuring a positive experience and building rapport to foster trust and loyalty.
    • Digital Strategy Development : Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall corporate goals and objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
    • Content Creation : Create engaging and relevant digital content across various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and advertisements, to attract and engage target audiences.
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : Optimize digital content and website structure to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic, using strategies such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
    • Paid Advertising : Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels, such as Google Ads, social media ads, display advertising, and sponsored content, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
    • Social Media Management : Manage corporate social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, engagement, and community management, to build brand awareness and foster customer relationships.
    • Email Marketing : Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, A / B testing, and performance tracking, to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers.
    • Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and campaign results using digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
    • Website Management : Oversee corporate website maintenance, updates, and optimization to ensure functionality, user experience, and alignment with branding and marketing objectives.
    • Marketing Automation : Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline processes, personalize communication, and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
    • Market Research and Competitor Analysis : Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the digital landscape and inform marketing strategies.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure consistency across channels.
    • Budget Management : Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources across channels and campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
