How You’ll help us connect the world :

RUCKUS Wi-Fi access points are synonymous with high-performance and as a Director, Product Management in the CommScope RUCKUS wireless team.

You will be joining the team that plays a pivotal role in driving the development, strategy, and execution of cutting-edge wireless access point solutions to deliver the best experience in Wi-Fi.

Our mission is to define the future of Wi-Fi and the high-performance wireless products that our customers have come to expect from RUCKUS.

We're looking for a dynamic individual with a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive the success of our products by working closely with talented teams across the company.

Your key responsibilities will include defining product visions, expanding our product roadmap, and ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

You'll collaborate with engineering, sales, vendors, and customers to elevate RUCKUS’s position as a leader.

Responsibilities :

Product Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive Wi-Fi product strategy for RUCKUS, aligning it with the overall business goals and market trends.

Market Analysis : Conduct continuous market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, assess competitive landscapes, and understand customer requirements and trends.

Customer Engagement : Establish strong relationships with customers and partners to gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate these insights into actionable product requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that the product roadmap is executed efficiently and within specified timelines and budgets.

Product Development : Lead the product development process, including feature prioritization, defining product specifications, and ensuring the successful execution of development projects.

Product Launch : Plan and execute product launches, working with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing and sales materials, and overseeing go-to-market strategies.

Performance Monitoring : Continuously monitor and assess product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and address any potential issues or enhancements.

Financial Management : Manage the financial aspects of the WAP product line, including pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and budget management.

Stakeholder Communication : Communicate the product roadmap, project status, and key performance indicators to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in product management (5 years+), particularly in networking or technology-related fields (15 years+).

Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies and trends.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.

Customer-focused with a keen eye for user experience and product quality.

You’ll excite us if you have :

Experience in building Wi-Fi-specific networking products

Previous experience designing enterprise-grade products.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs.

Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.

This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $170,000.00- $225,700.00

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan.

Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
