Digital Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Video Sales and Packaging Representative contractor for our non-profit channel, Million Stories.

We have over 300 highly produced, mission driven short form videos on a variety of topics. Our channel has achieved over 200M+ views, gained over 1M+ social followers, won over 10 awards and significant notoriety in the press.

We are looking for a passionate sales representative to identify licensors, brand sponsors, partners who will invest in our extraordinary short form content for their audience, employees, marketing efforts or educational purposes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital video content that is mission driven and a proven track record of successfully reaching out to educational publishers and corporate licensors.

Responsibilities include driving sales, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Research and identify strong licensing, brand, sponsor opportunities
• Develop compelling sales materials, package shows, customize offerings for paid partnerships; conduct meetings with brands or agencies
• Utilize existing brand contacts to share Million Stories content and explore collaborations
• Explore opportunities to attract license and sponsors for existing shows, as well as identify brands to sponsor new shows or custom content
• Attend relevant conferences and events to promote and foster meaningful brand relationships
• Develop achievable KPI’s for each quarter / year, and report on progress in regular meetings with the Million Stories team
• Brainstorm new sellable offerings with production and marketing team
• Provide support with client service for brand partners

QUALFICIATIONS :

• Strong background in digital video sales, especially for YouTube shows, short-form content
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and latest content trends
• Deep established brand, licensing, agency contacts
• Experience negotiating multi-platform digital deals and licensing agreements
• Ability to drive revenue, set attainable goals and customize offerings
• Experience developing strong sales packages / go-to-market plans and presentations with digital content
• Understanding of brand landscape and relevant conferences for selling digital content
• Background in client service, relationship management
