We are seeking a Human Resources Director for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care.

Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role :

  • Employee Relations and Engagement, including Diversity Compliance with all applicable policies and procedures, including patient care, safety, security, performance, etc.
  • Organizational Design; Manager and Employee Development
  • Internal Communications & Change Management
  • Implementing Compensation, Benefits, Employee Development and other HR Center of Excellence initiatives
  • Supporting LOB response plans for regional disasters and emergencies (including weather)
  • Engage LOB executives to understand talent needs of the businesses and define people strategies
  • Implement business performance, quality, and patient care initiatives
  • Partner with LOB executives and LOB HRVPs to uphold all compliance standards (Joint Commission, Dept. ofLabor, other regulatory bodies, HR policies, etc.

and create an environment of compliance / excellence

What qualifications you will need :

  • Bachelor's degree Required
  • 7+ years of experience in relevant work experience Required
  • Licenses, Certifications, & Training :
  • PHR Preferred
