The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of accounting experience, previous payroll experience and be fluent in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities : Payroll :
Payroll :Accounting Payable / Purchasing :
- Organizes raw material information.
- Places raw material orders & create purchase orders in Quickbooks.
- Log all buyouts in Smartsheet and update shipping information.
- Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and packing slips.
- Accounts Payable : Process & Pay Bills.
- Reconcile credit card bills with receipts.
- Obtain bill approvals prior to releasing payments.
- Filing bills.
Contracts :
- Requests for Information from GC and logs initial comment in smartsheet.
- File Payroll Compliance Documents after Contract is Executed.
- File Bid Prequal information for Estimator.
Other :
- Assist with phones.
- Monitor / purchase supplies, bank & post errands.
- Assist controller with projects and yearly tasks.
- Compliance Tracking for paint VOCs
- Safety meeting tracking
- Equipment maintenance tracking
