REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of proven successful sales or insurance experience
  • Proficiency with Windows based programs
  • Database functionality and internet navigation skills
  • Efficient at multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast paced environment
  • P&C Insurance License is a plus
  • Means to conduct local travel required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire new accounts and retain clients, working in partnership with sales leaders and a service-oriented team.
  • Implement marketing plans, prospect and schedule client appointments
  • Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis based on our target market of companies.
  • Present a variety of carriers and coverages while working close with R&R service team, to support and close new business sales, maintain renewals and change requests.
  • Assist in building proposals and conducting client presentations.
  • Establish technical knowledge necessary to communicate solutions effectively.
