Our client is looking to expand its sales team through the appointment of an enthusiastic individual passionate about print and packaging.
The objective of this business development role is to grow their presence in the Midlands and South East England in markets such as toiletries, confectionery, giftware and food.
This producer of alluring, functional and innovative printed cartons is looking for someone with a wealth of experience in this field.
The ideal candidate will be creatively-minded and have the skills to think outside the box and will relish the challenges posed by customers.
Striving for achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values, you will establish plans and strategies to expand the client base and contribute to the continued organisational development.
This sales role will involve finding new growth opportunities; creating details proposals based on specific requirements of a prospect;
and following up and converting proposals into sales. You will use initiative to develop new methods, strategies and techniques to improve leads conversion and customer satisfaction.
