What You’ll Do
- Campaign Strategy : Develop end-to-end influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging audience insights, platform trends, and creator storytelling.
- Creative Concepting : Build compelling campaign ideas, influencer activations, and social-first concepts that brands and creators get excited about.
- Influencer Strategy & Curation : Identify, vet, and recommend creators based on audience data, creative fit, and campaign goals.
- Briefing & Execution : Lead the development of creative briefs, ensure creators understand the vision, and collaborate with the accounts team to manage execution.
- Measurement & Insights : Translate performance data into actionable insights and optimize future campaign strategies.
- Sales Enablement : Support the sales team by translating client RFPs into strategic proposals and creative campaign decks.
- Market Intelligence : Stay on top of emerging platform trends, creator strategies, and industry best practices to keep DIVE campaigns ahead of the curve.
Who You Are
High-Impact Strategist : 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creative strategy, or social content development, ideally at a leading influencer agency.Consultative Partner : Proven experience building and pitching multi-creator influencer campaigns for global brands.Culture-First Marketer : Deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat) and how content performs on each.Creative Strategist : Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate brand briefs into social-first ideas.Compelling Communicator : Excellent communication skills, confident presenting campaign strategies to both clients and internal teams.Collaborative Teammate : Thrives in cross-functional environments and values working with creative, production, and strategy partners to deliver best-in-class work.Entrepreneurial : Resourceful, adaptable, and energized by building in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.Bonus : Experience working with entertainment, music, or Gen Z-focused brands.Market-Based : You’re located in New York or Los Angeles and bring agency-side experience from leading influencer firms, with a proven track record of building successful campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Why Join DIVE?
