The US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team.
Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned projects or tasks. Typically responsible for managing multiple tasks or a single large project and oversight of up to 25 employees, including subordinate supervisors.
Responsibilities :
- Main point of contact with area customers.
- Ensures customers’ requirements are understood and represented during project prioritizations.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction and constructive relationships.
- Responsible for articulating customer priorities for new or changed products and services.
- Handles customer complaints and escalations through a formal process.
- Ensures value creation for the customer aligns with organizational strategy.
- Oversees local staff, including subordinate supervisors.
- Provides oversight of assigned projects or tasks.
- Participates in the development of project plans, proposals, and reports.
- May perform high-level technical services on assigned tasks.
- Conducts planning and provides recommendations on task workload.
- Attends customer meetings and serves as primary client liaison.
- Interacts with vendors and other client staff.
- Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
- Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology.
- Participates in special projects as required.
- Oversees supply chain actions including procurements and software maintenance.
- Manages budget / financial reviews of customer spending and strategic planning.
- Experience managing daily operations in a high-operational tempo environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple customers and balancing priorities.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications :
- 10+ years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
- Must possess and maintain a TS / SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- ITIL V4 certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
- Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with experience briefing Senior Leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Professional certification (PMP).
- Experience in financial analysis and management of large projects.
