What You’ll Do Customer Support

• Be the go-to expert for operational and technical support, ensuring customers get the most out of their equipment.
• Lead engaging operator training sessions both onsite and at customer facilities.
• Provide responsive, phone-based technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with customers on-site to develop optimized application processes that enhance machine performance.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00 / yr.
