Call Center Coordinator

Description

This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by assisting with any inquiries or service requests coming through a variety of channels. Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls from clients and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems and finding suitable solutions.
• Update customer information in the CRM during or after each interaction, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and consistent information to clients.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or Management as needed.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall client and Team Member experience.
