REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Manager Program Development (Manufacturing Trainer) in Winston Salem, NC

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Develop content and determine appropriate training method, (ILT, CBT, or Blended), and build or source for design, development, and delivery.
  • Build and implement plans for training initiatives; manage initiatives applying project management best practices.
  • Provide training management input related to student / instructor progress, budget development and status of dollars spent.
  • Liaison with business managers to assess performance gaps and training needs; develop a training calendar in response.
  • Deliver technical instruction, coordinate tests, and work with the LMS.
  • Train and mentor students and instructors and hold them accountable.
  • Evaluate course efficiency, student / instructor performance and provide feedback.
  • Manage compliance related vendor training processes.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Engineering . Degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing training or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of office technologies, including Microsoft Office Professional Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop proficiencies in new technologies.
  • Knowledge of the Operator, Mechanical, Electronic, and Process Control position training requirements from Primary Processing to Shipping.
  • LMS Administration.
