ThepositionofClinicalProgramManagerisfull-time,basedona40-hourweek, whowill manage MediCalmentalhealthprograms.The ClinicalProgram Managersupervisesmental healthstaff;
hasa responsibilitytoevaluatementalhealthstaff;andisresponsibleforstaffcompliance withall SantaClaraCounty Medi-Calrulesregarding service delivery anddocumentation.
The Clinical Manager will also be responsible for the intake process of clients and Quality Assurance standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities : This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the agency's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning,anddirectingwork;appraisingperformance;supervision,bothindividualandgroup;
oversight of staff records and reports; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EssentialDuties&Responsibilities :
Managedirectservicestaff productivityexpectations,basicjobperformance,caseloadsand training.Track,monitorandmaintainoverallprogramexpectations,staffproductivityandcensus as per contract requirements and program goals.
Completeannualandsemi-annualperformancereviewsofstaffwithcollaborationfrom clinical supervisor and program director.Responsible for all staff compliance with Santa Clara County Medi-Cal regulations.
OverseeandmanageQAforassignedprograms review QAreports,clearallcharts, follow-upwithstaffoncompliancestandardsandaccurate,timelychartcompletion.
Supportstaffmoraleandeventsthatbooststaffmorale.Supportimplementationof wellness with program and agency. Runweeklyunitmeetingstosupportroll-outs,training,andcommunication.
Provideclinicalcollaborationasnecessarywithclinicalsupervisorsfordirectservice staff.Completeintakesforprimaryprogram(eitherF&C,Adult MHorother)anddistribute client to appropriate clinician.
Supportclientcarethroughstaffcollaborationandde-escalationprocess.ParticipateinCaseConsultationgroup.Takeaminimalclientcaseloadifneeded.
ParticipateasacollaborativememberofagencyMHteam.Meetsweeklywithprogramdirectorforsupervisionand isrequiredtoattendand / or facilitate agency staff meetings and in-service training.
Occasionallyparticipateincounty-levelMHmeeting.Supportagencydevelopmentandleadershipasnecessary.

Requirements,Qualifications,Skills&Abilities :
- Licenses ValidCaliforniaLCSWorMFTlicenserequired; twoyearspostlicensureexperience preferred.
- Education MAinapprovedBBSlicensurequalifying degree.
- Experience 1yearofleadershipexperience preferred and experience workingwith MediCal programming.
- PreferredExperience ExperienceinMedi-CalMentalHealthservicedelivery;priorexperience providing BBS-qualifying supervision to license-seeking staff.
- Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence,andproceduremanuals.Abilitytoeffectivelypresentinformationandrespondto questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- BilingualinEnglishandSpanishand / or ASLespecially desirable.
- ComputerSkills Toperformthisjobsuccessfully,anindividualshouldhaveknowledgeofInternet software and Word Processing software.
- Demonstratedabilitytoworkandcommunicatewellwithinaculturallydiverse,multidisciplinary team.
- OtherSkillsandAbilities Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
Special Requirements :
- Mustbeabletomeetandreceiveacriminalrecordsclearance,asrequiredbyTitleXXII,other licensing regulations, and Caminar practices.
- This position requires frequent driving.A valid California driver license, reliable personal vehicle, currentpersonalautoinsuranceasrequiredbylaw,and anMVRsufficienttoobtainandreasonably maintain insurability under agency auto liability policies are all essential job requirements.
- Mustbeabletopasspostoffer,pre-employmentmedicalanddrugtestsasrequiredunderState Community Care Licensing regulations and / or agency policies.
- Apersonalcellphonewithreliableserviceand,ifapplicable,adataplantouseforbusiness purposes.
- MayberequiredtoobtainandmaintainFirst AidandCPRcertification.
