Job Title : Customer service Representative
Location : Des Moines, IA
Duration : 04 Months contract on W2
General Duties & Qualifications :
- Proficient in using basic office equipment such as personal computers, electronic key systems (EKS), telephones, and headsets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to accurately record and verify information.
- Capable of identifying customer needs through effective questioning.
- Demonstrated patience and professionalism when interacting with others.
- Skilled in proofreading and correcting errors on forms and records.
- Responsibilities include receiving and placing phone calls, verifying form accuracy, and ensuring proper completion of records.
- Expected to perform all duties of a Customer Service Inbound I , while handling larger accounts or more complex issues.
- Ability to lead, teach, and motivate teams, including providing first-level problem resolution.
Requirements :
Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume inbound call center environment.
