The position will oversee sales and operations for 2 facilities locatedin Central California.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
Interacting with the team to grow / maintain big accounts (mines, power-plants, etc.)
Managing prospective clients and determining the frequency to solicit them to build a sustainable base for regional growth.
Achieve all budget targets
Operations
Preparing and reviewing annual budgets.
Interact with CSL (customer service & logistic) department to guarantee maximum service level to customers.
Reviewing monthly and annual expenses.
Marketing
Work with sales team to prepare marketing budgets in line with business objectives.
Carry out promotion and marketing campaigns activities supporting business growth and brand awareness.
Monitor customer satisfaction regarding quality of products and services and solve / report immediately any issues that may compromise quality of products and services.
Requirements
Customer relation skills with results orientation.
Strong supplier relationships. Strong knowledge of lubricant products.
Current Lubricants Management responsibilities.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience. Familiar with laws and regulations governing proprietary fleet operations (DOT regulations).
Strong background in Sales / Sales Management
Experience in Customer Service and Account Management
Excellent interpersonal skills are critical to the success in this job.
Good organization and presentation skills.
