We have an exciting opportunity for anindividual with a strong work ethic and motivation to join our teamas a Biosciences Account Manager to manage biotech accounts inLondon.

As a Biosciences Account Manager youwill play a crucial role in driving sales and buildingrelationships with our valued customers in the biotech industry.

You will have the opportunity to work with a worldclass teamdevelop your sales skills and contribute to the success of ourambitious sales targets.

We need you to drivegrowth in our Biosciences portfolio protein cell and molecularbiology (Invitrogen Gibco Applied Biosystems) including selectedequipment including endpoint PCR equipment fluorescent microscopesand flow cytometers and various other small benchtop laboratoryinstruments.

This role requires an individualwith a consistent track record in sales and a deep technicalunderstanding combined with the ability to empathise and help toresolve customer issues.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactivelyidentify and pursue new businessopportunities
  • Foster and nurture strongrelationships with a diverse range ofcustomers
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure flawless of sales strategies andinitiatives
  • Provide exceptional customerservice and support to ensure customersatisfaction
  • Successfully manage and grow aportfolio of key accounts
  • Conduct marketresearch to determine customer needs andpreferences
  • Prepare and deliver salespresentations to prospective customers
  • Monitorand analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities forgrowth
  • Strictly adhere to company policies andprocedures in all sales activities

Requirements :

  • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (PhDpreferred)
  • Proven track record of success insales preferably life sciences ispreferred
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation andpersuasion abilities
  • Highly organised withexceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
  • Proficientin using CRM software and other salestools
  • Ambitious and selfmotivated with apassion for achieving salestargets
