Bcforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Recruiter 2 for an opportunity at Redmond, WA.

Position Title : Recruiter 2

Location : Redmond, WA

Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

Job Type : Contract

Pay Range $35- $37 / hr

Summary :

• As a Recruiter you will support our Recruiting and Talent Sourcing capacity. To be successful in this role you need to understand the recruiting lifecycle in a large organization and be able to execute quickly while keeping quality and experience in the forefront to achieve business hiring objectives. This role varies in scope and could provide support to a myriad of teams within the Global Talent Acquisition organization.

Responsibilities :

Required Skills :

2-4 years of talent acquisition experience, in a sourcing or recruiting capacity OR bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field

Have a good understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and is able to develop a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines.
