Summary : The Regional Vice President (RVP) oversees all sales and operational functions for the NorCal area, managing a team of 250-300 field staff.
The RVP is responsible for achieving safety, productivity, quality control, and sales goals of $125M. This role involves strategic planning, managing large-scale operations, and maintaining key industry relationships.
The RVP will also lead initiatives set by the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Oversee regional teams to meet safety, productivity, and profit goals. Manage staff development, recruitment, and training.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute plans to enhance regional profitability and efficiency.
- Industry Relations : Maintain and build relationships with clients, contractors, and industry organizations. Represent the company at events.
- Project Oversight : Manage preconstruction, estimating, and sales teams to meet profit goals. Oversee compliance with legal and safety requirements.
- Process Improvement : Introduce and implement process improvements, ensuring quality assurance.
- Client Interaction : Lead sales pursuits, presentations, and maintain strong client relationships.
