Location : Waukesha, WI Griffin Ford, Inc., one of Wisconsin's largest and most respected Ford dealerships, is seeking an experienced Commercial Fleet Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to build and maintain business relationships while representing the Ford brand to commercial and fleet clients.
What You'll Do :
Develop and maintain relationships with small businesses, municipalities, and corporate accounts.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Manage the entire sales process for commercial and fleet vehicles-from initial contact to delivery.
Work with the service and parts departments to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Provide expert product knowledge on Ford commercial vehicles, upfits, and financing options.
Meet sales goals and profitability targets set by management.
What We're Looking For :
Prior experience in commercial or fleet sales (automotive preferred).
Strong B2B sales skills with a proven track record of growth and relationship management.
Professional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while being part of a successful, customer-focused team.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
