Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all aspects of product design and engineering operations.
- Collaborate with customers to develop and program new products and prototypes.
- Document processes and ensure smooth transition of new products to production.
- Maintain and improve existing product lines and manufacturing efficiency.
- Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and GibbsCAM for design and programming.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.
- Resolve production issues related to product design in a timely manner.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches and meet production goals.
- Supervise, coach, and develop engineering staff to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Use Global Shop ERP System for documentation and team training.
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.Proven experience in project management and mechanical design engineering.Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of mentoring highperforming teams.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.Skilled in creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and mechanical systems troubleshooting.Experience writing product specifications and creating technical documentation.Knowledge of mechanical components including materials, motion control, and power transmission.Hands-on experience assembling and testing mechanical systems.Preferred :
Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.Background in high-performance industries such as aerospace, defense, or marine.Benefits at Geremarie :

A reasonable estimate of the salary pay range for this role is $120,000-$180,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
