We are seeking a dynamic Technical Training & Development Manager to lead our training and development initiatives in the HVAC and plumbing sectors.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to be the best in the industry!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies.
- Oversee skill development programs and conduct gap analyses.
- Plan and deliver training for HVAC and plumbing skillsets using various methods.
- Create and update training materials and curricula.
- Train and assess in-house managers and supervisors.
- Manage the Technical Development Program (TDP).
- Maintain the training calendar and manage enrollment.
- Support job fairs and outreach programs.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related MEP industry.
- Experience in management / leadership development and talent review.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with LMS and instructional design.
