Join our team as a Marketing Operations Specialist and play a key role in optimizing Yardi's marketing efforts through data-driven strategies.

You will lead the charge in managing our lead management tools, marketing databases, and automation solutions, ensuring that every campaign runs at peak efficiency.

Your expertise will be essential in strategizing, operating, and analyzing marketing performance, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards in lead tracking, data integrity, system integration, and campaign reporting.

What You'll Do :

• Execute end-to-end email campaign production and implementation, including planning, list segmentation, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization in HubSpot & CRM
• Coordinate with sales and marketing efforts to help maintain a cohesive and effective sales and marketing lead nurturing process through advertising, leads, and email campaign programs
• Assist with the list segmentation, email testing, deployment, tracking, and reporting for marketing campaigns
• Process, analyze, and enter leads and lead lists
• Conduct company and contact research; compile and analyze data to ensure data completeness and integrity in internal systems
• Provide internal support / maintenance of various sales and marketing systems
• Document internal processes, creating and maintaining a repository of sales and marketing procedures
• Understand and helps maintain lead criteria for company and leads assignments
• Help with miscellaneous projects and data management tasks

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Finance; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three plus (3+) years in marketing, sales operations, or equivalent experience in a B2B sales / marketing organization
• Experience with CRM and email
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of lead routing and MQL rule management for systemic implementation and deployment with sales
• Knowledge of global compliance email rules, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL
• Solid understanding of B2B bulk email marketing execution, list management / segmentation, and use of email systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in the execution of work and tasks
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well in collaboration with others
• Proven client-centered commitment and focus
• Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative professional relationships with employees at all levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with clients
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of the real estate industry and Yardi's competitors
• SQL or equivalent data query language
