Marketing Operations Specialist

You will lead the charge in managing our lead management tools, marketing databases, and automation solutions, ensuring that every campaign runs at peak efficiency.

Your expertise will be essential in strategizing, operating, and analyzing marketing performance, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards in lead tracking, data integrity, system integration, and campaign reporting.

• Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.What You’ll Do : Execute end-to-end email campaign production and implementation, including planning, list segmentation, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization in HubSpot & CRMCoordinate with sales and marketing efforts to help maintain a cohesive and effective sales and marketing lead nurturing process through advertising, leads, and email campaign programsAssist with the list segmentation, email testing, deployment, tracking, and reporting for marketing campaignsProcess, analyze, and enter leads and lead listsConduct company and contact research;
• compile and analyze data to ensure data completeness and integrity in internal systemsProvide internal support / maintenance of various sales and marketing systemsDocument internal processes, creating and maintaining a repository of sales and marketing proceduresUnderstand and help maintain lead criteria for company and leads assignmentsHelp with miscellaneous projects and data management tasksWho You Are : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Finance;

or an equivalent combination of education and experienceThree plus (3+) years in marketing, sales operations, or equivalent experience in a B2B sales / marketing organizationExperience with CRM and emailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OutlookStrong analytical skillsUnderstanding of lead routing and MQL rule management for systemic implementation and deployment with salesKnowledge of global compliance email rules, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASLSolid understanding of B2B bulk email marketing execution, list management / segmentation, and use of email systemsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in the execution of work and tasksAbility to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently as well in collaboration with othersProven client-centered commitment and focusCollegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative professional relationships with employees at all levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with clientsStrong analytical and decision-making skillsProblem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsIdeal to Have : Knowledge of the real estate industry and Yardi’s competitorsReal Estate runs on Yardi.
