About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts and general HR operations. This part-time role is ideal for someone who cares about recruitment operations, candidate experience, and assisting in optimizing the HR function and processes. You'll play a key role in streamlining our hiring workflows, supporting employee documentation, and ensuring timely communication across HR functions.

What You'll Do

• Manage job postings across internal and external platforms.
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers and other internal team members of the interview process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
• HR Administrative Support.
• Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing any new hire materials and scheduling orientations, meet & greets, and any other relevant meetings and events.
• Provide general administrative support for HR, including scheduling, document preparation, and maintaining digital filing systems.
