The primary responsibilities of this position include :
- Assist Sales Managers in the implementation of an organization’s sales initiatives and strategies.
- Maintain file systems and database sales records, reporting month-end goal setting to the senior management team.
- Manage order processing, customer segmentation, and lead management for distribution to sales.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns, keeping customers informed of order status and delivery expectations.
- Support sales staff and order flow while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Write sales orders and create invoice reports, maintaining customer information in databases such as Salesforce and Quickbooks.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance to ensure operations and order status remain timely and efficient.
- Verify customer order accuracy.
- Attend sales training meetings to better understand the company’s services and products.
- Monitor and organize inventory.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
