Estimated Duration of Position- 4 months
Our Onboarding and Screening Coordinator is responsible for providing onboarding & screening support within the business unit.
The position is responsible for the coordination and completion of a variety of tasks, including those related to the registration of talent, screenings of all types, file maintenance and administration.
Will be responsible of ensuring the integrity of the data, compliance as well as the protection of personal private information.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule interviews, confirm, update and manage calendars
- Develop a strong understanding and be a subject matter expert regarding State Specific laws
- Follow Kelly Hiring and Screening standard operation procedures
- Review customer ESPM, KSN, customer profiles or CAD requirements to ensure appropriate screenings are run
- Engage talent and coordinate efficient onboarding, from initiation through to completion.
- Provide high quality, accurate and timely customer service / support to drive internal and external satisfaction
- Create an organized and efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate and through documentation on required tracker and in ATS systems
- Take initiative to identify and respond to opportunities for improvement
- Proactively communicate any delays or gaps in the onboarding and screening process to recruiting, on sites and onboarding / screening team, and managers
- Provide training and coordination of day to day workload amongst team members
Requirements :

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Executive Recruiting Coordinating, Customer Service, Recruiting, Staffing and / or Onboarding
Expected Duration of Position- 4 months. Total compensation package and benefits commensurate with the position.
