At Illumio, we recognize that Sales Operations plays a critical role in driving sales success the growth engine of every company.

As our team and micro-segmentation cybersecurity business rapidly expand, we are seeking a talented Senior Proposal Manager who will serve as a trusted advisor to the sales teams on all sales proposals, bridging cross-functional departments.

Your Impact :

• Deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes.
• Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from various stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, security, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery.
• Communicate and influence at a senior level.
• Coach sales teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practices.
• Manage and update a Content Library or Proposal Automation Solution.
• Schedule and run proposal kick-off meetings, lead storyboarding sessions, facilitate key review meetings / final document review, coordinate proposal governance / sign-off, document production, and delivery of the completed proposal.
• Work independently and take the lead in driving daily and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance tools and processes.

Your Toolkit :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role and Sales / Business Operations function.
• Strong experience with Salesforce and Loopio is preferred, including troubleshooting.
• Comfortable with change and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Strong business acumen, organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Critical thinking skills to observe, interpret, analyze, infer, and explain information clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

Pay Range :

$150,000 USD - $180,000 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
