Job Description :
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Product Ownership : Takes full responsibility for the management and functionality of the HubSpot CRM platform. This includes prioritizing and implementing updates and enhancements to ensure the CRM meets the organization's needs.
- Requirements Translation : Works closely with various stakeholders to understand new business programs and processes. They then translate these requirements into technical specifications to be implemented within HubSpot.
- Expand CRM services into other business unites : Expanding HubSpot services to support additional departments.
- Implementation : Oversees or directly handles the configuration and customization of the CRM system to align with new processes and program requirements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting Leadership : Leads the efforts in analyzing CRM data to extract insights and drive business decisions.
Develops and maintains reports and dashboards that provide valuable business intelligence to stakeholders.
- Performance Measurement : Incorporate specific performance metrics or key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge CRM effectiveness, such as adoption rates, data accuracy, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- System Integration : Expand on responsibilities to include seamless integration with other systems in the organization's tech stack, enhancing operational efficiency and data flow.
- Continuous Enhancement : Emphasize the proactive approach to continuous improvement, staying abreast of industry trends and identifying opportunities to optimize CRM functionality.
- Project Management Proficiency : Highlight project management skills essential for prioritizing tasks, managing timelines and budgets, and overseeing the successful execution of CRM projects.
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
Experience and Skills :
Education & Experience :
- Bachelors degree in marketing, computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- 8 or more years experience.
- Extensive experience with CRM - HubSpot or Salesforce HubSpot or Salesforce certifications are a plus Experience with reporting tools - Tableau, Google Analytics or MS Power BI

- Demonstrated experience developing cutting edge strategies and leading implementation through an organization.
