All Smiles Dental Group , located near Powers and Bloomington, is growing and looking to add an experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant to our busy family practice.
This is a full-time position with an opportunity for growth. We have a fun, energetic, and cohesive team led by a fantastic team of dentists who have been with our practice for over ten years.
Our E DDA-Dental Assistants are crucial to achieving our goals of putting our patients and our provider experience first.

Base Wage : Working FT up to 40 hours per week, potential earning opportunities from $52,000 to $62,500 in annual rewards, with a starting hourly wage of $30 per hour.
Bonus eligibility : Up to an additional $2,000 in annual compensation via select bonus programs.
Signing Bonus : As an incentive, we will provide a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Loyalty Bonus : As an incentive, you can receive a $5,000 loyalty bonus.

Responsibilities :
- Assist the dentist chairside
- Genuinely welcome patients into the practice - make them feel at ease
- Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort are achieved
- A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
- Set up and break down of operatories
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory daily
- Present and enter treatment plans into Denticon
- Provide post-operative instructions
- Sterilization of instruments according to regulations
- Stocking supplies, ordering supplies, and any additional duties as necessary

- 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience
- EDDA Certification is required
- X-Ray Certification
- CPR Certification
- Denticon experience is a plus but is not required
