Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a company in Whittier who is looking to hire an Executive and Sales Assistant to join their team.
This position is a direct hire role and pays between $25-$30 based on experience.
Job Details :
- Answer phones
- Greet guests / suppliers at the door
- Order entry
- Order office supplies
- Assist with logistics at times, confirm truck pickups
- EA to President 2-3 times a month (assisting with calendaring, travel arrangements)
