About the Role : We're looking for a client services-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate, Client Success. In this role, you will be accountable for executing fleet transactions that support product and asset management. Incumbents apply comprehensive knowledge of the client and Element's products / services in executing activities and requests and resolving issues. The goal is to execute with a sense of urgency and make the clients' interaction with Element easy and consistent.

What You'll Do :

• Execute day-to-day tactical requests as communicated by the Client Success Partners and / Lead
• Receive, complete, coordinate, and / or escalate requests and activities that support product and asset management
• Manage exceptions to ensure processes / requests are followed up timely and closed loop
• Identify requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation; leverage subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries

The hiring base salary range for this position is $49,100 - $67,540 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
