- The position is Hybrid - 1 week from the office, 1 week from home ( Onsite for the first 2 months, Hybrid - Based upon Performance ).
- Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory .

- Location : Tempe , AZ 85288 ( Onsite to begin with, Hybrid - Based upon Performance - 3 weekdays from the office, 2 weekdays from home )
- Training Shift for Tempe , AZ : 9 AM to 5 : 30 PM PST - Monday to Friday - 5 weeks
- Working Schedule for Tempe , AZ : Monday - Friday (7 AM - 8 PM CST) & 8 AM - 6 PM CST - Saturday
- Pay : Flexible
- Start Date : 09 / 16 / 2024 ( Tentative )
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Part of the new customer service team specifically focusing on small business credit card customers.
- Taking 40-60 inbound calls per day to service the needs of small biz credit card customers
- Will deal with a variety of different needs including but not limited to fraud, payments, adding card holders, adding admins, disputing transactions, etc.
Required Skills :
- Call center experience (Handling inbound calls).
- Customer service experience (Call Handling).
- Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory.
- Finance / Banking experience is desired.
- Customer management systems.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Communication skills and professionalism.
- Ability to acknowledge issues and provide empathy to customers.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of issues
